Newland Estates has successfully acquired a 57,000 sqm site and 18,000 sqm warehouse & office complex in close proximity to Budapest on the M3 motorway

Newland Estates has strengthened its team with the appointment of Edward Kirwan and Moshe Lustig as non-executive directors, who come on board to help marshal the company's investment and acquisition activities in Western Europe and the Middle East.

Newland Estates recently announced a strategic refocus of its business. They will now prioritise to acquire existing income producing commercial properties and focusing less on industrial development.
